Delivery
Our standard delivery charge to anywhere in the UK is £4.50 via Royal Mail.
For overseas purchases, we charge £8.95 (EU) or £12.95 (rest of world)

Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 days. You should receive it within 3-5 working days if the delivery address is in the UK Cancellation and returns policy Prior to Delivery:

You may cancel your order by contacting me by e-mail at info@lollyrocket.co.uk quoting your order reference number.

After Delivery:
You may cancel your order (or any part of it) or make an exchange for any reason within 7 working days of receiving your goods or in the case of orders delivered internationally, 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided items are unused and in their original packaging, with all labels intact.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We suggest that you send your return by recorded delivery for proof of postage.
