Out of stock items
Items which are out of stock are shown on the website to be unavailable, however if for some reason you place an order and the goods are not available, we will contact you by e-mail and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.

Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us takes place when we send you an email confirming that your goods have been dispatched to you.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on sales or promotional items, though we will be happy to offer an exchange in these circumstances.

You don't need a PayPal account. We use PayPal as our Credit Card processor. If you would like to pay by credit card - please select the PayPal payment option and this will allow you to enter your credit card details and have them processed through PayPal.
